Adani Global Pte Limited, a step-down subsidiary of Adani Enterprises and Kowa Holdings Asia Pte Limited, a Japan-based trading house, established a joint venture in Singapore, to investigate prospects in green hydrogen and green ammonia space. Adani Group will invest multi-billion dollars for developing facilities to generate green hydrogen and green ammonia. Both the companies will hold a share of 50 per cent each in the joint venture.
Recently, In August 2023, Mundra Solar Energy announced the commissioning of its 2 GW solar cells and modules manufacturing facility. The facility is situated in Mundra, Gujarat.
In May 2023, Adani Wind Energy Kutchh Five Limited inaugurated a 130 MW wind power plant in Gujarat, Kutch. The newly commissioned plant would be operated by the Adani Group’s intelligent ‘Energy Network Operation Centre’.
