The Netherlands to float zero-subsidy tender in March 2019

The Dutch government plans to launch a zero-subsidy tender for the construction of two 350 MW offshore wind farms in March 2019. It will be the fourth of five tenders being floated by the government to set up 3,500 MW of offshore wind power projects by 2023. A plan to add 7,000 MW of offshore wind capacity between 2024 and 2030 is also under way.
