Saatvik Green Energy Limited (Saatvik Green) has commissioned and made operational a 2 GW in-house Protective Encapsulant (EPE) film manufacturing facility. Located within the company’s existing module manufacturing complex in Haryana, the facility represents a key step towards enhanced vertical integration.
In addition, Saatvik Green’s material subsidiary, Saatvik Solar Industries Limited, has secured a Rs 4.86 billion solar photovoltaic module supply order. The order has been secured from an undisclosed private-sector power producer and engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) player and is expected to be executed by December 2026.
Earlier in October 2025, Saatvik Green Energy Limited received a Rs 6.9 billion order from Indian independent power producers and EPC contractors for the supply of high-efficiency solar modules.
Furthermore, in September 2025, Saatvik Green secured a letter of award from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited for the installation of 1,500 solar water pumping systems under the Component B Scheme (2025–2026).
