Prozeal Green Energy has entered into a framework agreement with a France-based independent power producer for the proposed sale of a solar power project in Gujarat, valued at approximately Rs 4.6 billion. The project, with an installed capacity of 100 MWac, is expected to commence operations in 2027.
Furthermore, the transaction is expected to be completed after the project achieves commercial operation, subject to contractual conditions and the execution of definitive agreements. Following the proposed divestment, Prozeal Green Energy is expected to continue providing engineering, procurement and construction services and long-term operations and maintenance support for the project.
Earlier, in June 2026, Prozeal Green Energy Limited secured a notification of award from Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited for the development of 250 MW of captive inter-state transmission system-connected wind power projects across India.
