Bondada Engineering Limited has secured an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) order for developing a 270 MWp ground-mounted solar project in Maharashtra. The project will be developed across various locations in the state. The total order value amounts to Rs 11.539 billion, including taxes. Moreover, it is expected to be executed within six months from the date of receipt of the order.
Earlier, in September 2026, Bondada Engineering Limited incorporated Bondada Hindupur BESS Project Private Limited as a wholly-owned subsidiary and special purpose vehicle for the development of a 225 MW/450 MWh battery energy storage system (BESS) project in Andhra Pradesh, awarded by AP Transco under the build-own-operate model.
In August 2026, Bondada Renewable Energy Private Limited, a subsidiary of Bondada Engineering Limited, received orders to set up 200 MW/400 MWh of BESS projects in Tamil Nadu. The projects are scheduled to be completed during the financial year 2026-27.
