Oswal Pumps Limited has received a letter of intent from Telangana Renewable Energy Development Corporation Limited (TREDCL) for the installation of 46,705 kW of grid-connected rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) capacity across 9,937 government schools in 33 districts of Telangana. The project involves the deployment of 2 kW, 5 kW and 10 kW solar power systems using Mono PERC or TOPCon solar modules. The order is valued at approximately Rs 2.97 billion.
The scope of work includes the design, supply, installation and commissioning of the rooftop solar PV systems, along with remote monitoring systems. Additionally, it includes five years of comprehensive maintenance. Installation is scheduled to be completed within 180 days of receiving the work order.
In August 2026, Oswal Pumps received a letter of award from North Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited for setting up 20 MW of grid-connected rooftop solar projects for 18,089 consumers in the Darbhanga circle of Bihar. The projects will be developed under the capital expenditure plus Renewable Energy Service Company mode through the utility-led aggregation model of the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana. The order is valued at approximately Rs 0.78 billion.
