Juniper Green Beam Eight Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Juniper Green Energy Limited, has fully commissioned its 75 MW wind-solar hybrid power project under its power purchase agreement with Tata Power Company Limited. The project comprises 20 MW of solar capacity at Bhigwan substation in Pune, while the 50 MW wind component is connected to the Nilanga substation in Latur, Maharashtra.
Following the commissioning, Juniper Green Energy Limited and its subsidiaries have an aggregate operational capacity of around 2,725 MWp, along with 500 MWh of battery energy storage system capacity.
Earlier, in July 2026, Juniper Green Energy Limited announced its initial public offering to raise Rs 18 billion through a fresh issue of equity shares. The company has fixed the price band at Rs 214 to Rs 225 per equity share with a face value of Rs 10 each.
