Oriana Power Limited has approved an investment of up to Rs 650 million in its subsidiary, Oriana Usolar Joint Venture Private Limited. The investment will be made in one or more tranches within 60 days from September 14, 2026.
The investment is intended to support the engineering, procurement, and construction services being undertaken by Oriana Usolar Joint Venture. The target entity has an authorised and paid-up share capital of Rs 100,000 each and reported nil turnover in the financial year 2025-26.
Earlier, in August 2026, TrueRE Oriana Power Limited signed an MoU with the Government of Maharashtra to invest approximately Rs 45 billion in an integrated green hydrogen project in the state. The proposed project will include facilities for producing green hydrogen and its downstream derivatives, including green ammonia and green methanol.
