Juniper Green Energy Limited has announced its financial results for the first quarter (Q1) of financial year (FY) 2026-27. The company reported total income of Rs 3.24 billion, registering a 79 per cent year-on-year (YoY) increase. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) stood at Rs 2.94 billion, reflecting an 86 per cent YoY growth, while the EBITDA margin stood at 91 per cent. Furthermore, profit after tax (PAT) reached Rs 0.33 billion, recording a 54 per cent YoY increase, while cash PAT rose 50 per cent YoY to Rs 1.08 billion.
Additionally, in Q1 FY 2026-27, Juniper Green Energy commissioned 601 MWp of renewable energy capacity, comprising 458 MWp of solar and 143 MW of wind capacity. Moreover, 403 MWh of battery energy storage system (BESS) capacity was added in Q1 FY 2026-27. The company’s operational capacity reached 2,575 MWp, along with 503 MWh of operational BESS capacity. The company also commissioned a firm and despatchable renewable energy (FDRE) project under the SJVN FDRE tender.
In January 2026, Juniper Green Energy, through its subsidiary Juniper Green Cosmic Private Limited, fully commissioned its 100 MWh merchant BESS project in Bikaner, Rajasthan. Of the total capacity, 60 MWh was commissioned earlier in December 2025.
