Alfanar Group has announced an additional direct capital funding of $100 million in Senvion. The first tranche of $34 million was received in August 2026, while the remaining funding is expected to be completed in the coming weeks. The investment will support Senvion’s technology development and manufacturing expansion. The funding will be used to support the company’s long-term product roadmap, provide growth capital for its business in India and global markets, and accelerate the development of its project pipeline.
Earlier, in November 2025, KP Group inked a framework agreement with Senvion India. The agreement was for the joint development of up to 2 GW of wind and wind–solar hybrid projects across India over the next three years.
Furthermore, in November 2025, Senvion India inked an MoU with Integrum Energy for the supply and commissioning of up to 50 units of the 4.2M160 model.
