ReNew announces financial results for Q1 FY 2026-27

ReNew has announced the financial results for the first quarter (Q1) of financial year (FY) 2026-27. The company reported total revenue of Rs 47,864 million in Q1 FY 2026-27, registering a 16.2 per cent year-on-year (YoY) increase, compared to Rs 41,182 million in Q1 FY 2025-26. Net profit stood at Rs 5,953 million, reflecting a 16 per cent YoY growth from Rs 5,131 million, while adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) reached Rs 30,392 million, up 11.6 per cent YoY from Rs 27,220 million. 

Furthermore, revenue from the sale of power stood at Rs 26,749 million, compared to Rs 25,473 million in Q1 FY 2025-26, representing a 5 per cent YoY increase. Total revenue from external sales of the company’s solar module and cell manufacturing operations stood at Rs 16,777 million in Q1 FY 2026-27, up 26.8 per cent YoY from Rs 13,223 million. Net profit from external sales of these operations reached Rs 3,914 million, registering a 9.8 per cent YoY increase from Rs 3,562 million in Q1 FY 2025-26, while adjusted EBITDA stood at Rs 5,651 million, up 6.7 per cent YoY from Rs 5,292 million.

In April 2026, ReNew announced plans to establish a 6.5 GW solar ingot-wafer manufacturing facility in Anakapalli district near Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, involving an investment of Rs 42 billion and expected to be commissioned within 24 months.
