Pace Digitek has reported its financial results for the first quarter (Q1) of financial year (FY) 2026-27. Revenue from operations stood at Rs 2,642 million in Q1 FY 2026-27, compared to Rs 3,397 million in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, registering a 22.2 per cent year-on-year (YoY) decline.
Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization also declined by 32.2 per cent YoY to Rs 494 million in Q1 FY 2027-27, from Rs 730 million in Q1 FY 2025-26. The company’s profit after tax stood at Rs 425 million in Q1 FY2026-27, down 16.7 per cent from Rs 510 million reported in Q1 FY2025-26. Profit before tax also fell by 16.9 per cent to Rs 572 million in Q1 FY 2026-27, compared to Rs 689 million in the same quarter last year.
Earlier, in August 2026, Pace Digitek Limited’s subsidiary Lineage Power Private Limited commissioned an additional 2,500 MWh battery energy storage system (BESS) manufacturing line. With the commissioning of the new manufacturing line, Pace Digitek’s total installed BESS manufacturing capacity has doubled from 2,500 MWh to 5,000 MWh.
