Advait Energy Transitions Limited and Manipal Energy Infratech Limited (MEIL) have signed an MoU to jointly pursue opportunities in the power and energy transition sectors in India and international markets.
Under the agreement, the companies will collaborate on projects related to power transmission and distribution, renewable energy, battery energy storage systems (BESS), green hydrogen, electrolysers, HTLS conductors, optical ground wire, emergency restoration systems, and engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) solutions.
Furthermore, as part of the partnership, Advait Energy Transitions will support MEIL in identifying and executing opportunities in BESS, green hydrogen, electrolysers, fuel cells, and solar EPC projects. MEIL will support Advait in strengthening its technical capabilities and project execution across underground cabling, substations, and transmission and distribution infrastructure. Both companies will jointly evaluate project opportunities and define their respective scope of work for each project.
