SJVN Limited has announced its unaudited financial results for the first quarter of financial year (FY) 2026-27. The company’s total income increased to Rs 14.28 billion in the first quarter (Q1) of FY 2026-27 from Rs 9.71 billion in the corresponding quarter of FY 2025-26. Revenue from operations also rose to Rs 13.94 billion from Rs 9.17 billion during the same period.
Furthermore, the operating margin declined to 48.17 per cent in Q1 FY 2026-27 from 68.32 per cent in Q1 FY 2025-26. Additionally, net profit after tax stood at Rs 2.24 billion for Q1 FY 2026-27, compared to Rs 2.27 billion in the same quarter last year.
Earlier, in July 2026, SJVN Limited issued a tender to set up a 265 MW/530 MWh standalone battery energy storage system in Haryana under the Viability Gap Funding scheme. The projects will be awarded through a tariff-based competitive bidding process.
