Suzlon Energy Limited has secured a 201.6 MW wind power order from Waaree Forever Energies Private Limited, the independent power producer arm of Waaree Group. The project is located in Andhra Pradesh and will be executed under Suzlon’s development-cum-execution model.
Furthermore, Suzlon will install 64 S144 wind turbine generators (WTGs), each with a rated capacity of 3.15 MW. The company will provide a comprehensive engineering, procurement and construction package, including land acquisition, turbine supply, balance of plant, commissioning, and lifetime operations and maintenance services.
In July 2026, Suzlon Energy Limited secured a 105 MW wind power order from Sunsure Energy for the deployment of its 5 MW S175 wind turbine generators at Bijapur, Karnataka. The scope of work includes the supply, erection, commissioning, and maintenance of 21 WTGs.
