Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited has announced the financial results for the first quarter (Q1) of financial year (FY) 2026-27. The company’s revenue from operations stood at Rs 9.24 billion in Q1 FY 2026-27, registering a 53.23 per cent year-on-year (YoY) increase from Rs 6.03 billion reported in Q1 FY 2025-26. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) increased to Rs 1.73 billion, showing a 47.58 per cent YoY increase from Rs 1.17 billion in Q1 FY 2025-26.
Profit after tax (PAT) reached Rs 1.18 billion, a 37.7 per cent YoY increase from Rs 0.86 billion in Q1 FY 2025-26. The company’s EBITDA margin stood at 18.77 per cent in Q1 FY 2026-27, compared to 19.49 per cent in Q1 FY 2025-26. The PAT margin was 12.87 per cent, compared to 14.32 per cent in Q1 FY 2025-26. Furthermore, the company reported a consolidated unexecuted order book of over Rs 53 billion, with a bidding pipeline of more than 37 GWp of solar projects, and over 10 GWh of battery energy storage system projects.
In May 2026, Waaree Energies Limited’s wholly-owned step-down subsidiary, Waaree Forever Energies Four Private Limited, signed a power purchase agreement with Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited for a 300 MW wind project in Dwarka, Gujarat.
