Waaree Energies Limited has received an order for the supply of 212 MW of solar modules from an unnamed international entity engaged in owning and managing utility-scale renewable projects. The new order is incremental to the existing 350 MW order received from the same customer, increasing the total order capacity to 562 MW. Furthermore, the order delivery is expected to be completed in the financial year 2026-27.
In May 2026, Waaree Energies Limited’s wholly owned step-down subsidiary, Waaree Forever Energies Four Private Limited, signed a power purchase agreement with Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited for the development of a 300 MW wind power project in Dwarka, Gujarat.
In January 2026, Waaree Energies Limited secured a 1,500 MW solar module supply order from a domestic entity engaged in the power generation, transmission and distribution business. The order includes the supply of 1,000 MW of domestic content requirement compliant solar modules and 500 MW of non-DCR compliant solar modules.
