StarlinePS Enterprises Limited has announced an investment of Rs 1.6 billion in Celloraa Energy Private Limited to set up a 1.2 GW domestic content requirement-compliant solar cell manufacturing facility in Surat, Gujarat. The investment will support the development of the new solar cell manufacturing plant and help expand domestic solar manufacturing capacity.
Earlier, in May 2026, StarlinePS Enterprises signed an MoU with Celloraa Energy to provide a loan of up to Rs 200 million for business purposes. Cellora shall pay an interest on the facility amount at the rate of 9 per cent per annum.
