Hero MotoCorp has launched its first flex-fuel motorcycles, the Splendor+ and HF Deluxe. With this launch, the company has entered the flex-fuel vehicle segment. These are also the first flex-fuel motorcycles in India’s 100cc category. Built for everyday use, the motorcycles can run on ethanol-blended fuels ranging from E20 to E85.
Furthermore, the new flex-fuel range aims to provide a practical and convenient mobility solution for consumers. By supporting the use of higher ethanol blends, the motorcycles can help reduce the environmental impact of everyday transportation.
Earlier, in March 2025, Hero MotoCorp Limited announced an investment of Rs 5.25 billion in Euler Motors to expand into the electric three-wheeler segment. The investment was made in multiple tranches, enabling Hero MotoCorp to acquire a 32.5 per cent stake on a fully diluted basis.
