GPS Renewables has raised Rs 6.35 billion through Series C funding round to support its expansion plans. The funding includes Rs 1.25 billion in equity led by PixelSky Capital, with participation from the Spectrum Impact Family Office and other investors. In addition, the company secured a Rs 2 billion equity tie-up under its asset holding platform, Arya, from a leading Korean conglomerate.
GPS Renewables plans to use the fresh capital to strengthen its financial position and accelerate the development of its growing portfolio of compressed biogas projects across India. Additionally, part of the funding will also be invested in GPSR Arya to support the execution of ongoing and upcoming projects.
Earlier, in May 2026, GPS Renewables was awarded an engineering, procurement, and construction contract by NTPC Limited to establish an ethanol-to-jet sustainable aviation fuel facility at NTPC Green Energy Limited’s green hydrogen hub in Pudimadaka, Andhra Pradesh.
