iNVERGY India Private Limited has inaugurated a new battery energy storage system (BESS) gigafactory in Dasna, Uttar Pradesh. The facility has an annual manufacturing capacity of 3 GWh and has been set up with an investment of more than Rs 2 billion. The facility is fully automated and is spread over 217,000 square feet.
Furthermore, the factory will manufacture BESS, LiFePO4 battery packs, solar inverters, and integrated energy storage solutions for residential, commercial, industrial, and utility-scale renewable energy projects. The facility features artificial intelligence-based battery management systems, Internet of Things-enabled remote monitoring, advanced quality control systems, and automated production lines to improve product reliability, safety, and performance.
