IREDA announces financial results for FY 2025-26  

Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA) has announced the financial results for the financial year (FY) 2025-26. The company’s total income from operations stood at Rs 83.37 billion in FY 2025-26, registering a 23 per cent year-on-year (YoY) increase from Rs 67.55 billion reported in FY 2024-25. Profit after tax (PAT) reached Rs 18.73 billion, a 10 per cent YoY increase from Rs 16.99 billion in FY 2024-25. Moreover, the total dividend payout for FY 2025-26 amounts to Rs 1.35 per equity share, comprising an interim dividend of Rs 0.60 per share and a final dividend of Rs 0.75 per share recommended by the board of directors, subject to shareholders approval. 

 Furthermore, the loan book increased from Rs 762.82 billion in FY 2024-25 to Rs 930.69 in FY 2025-26, indicating a 22 per cent YoY increase. Loan sanctions increased 9 per cent from Rs 474.53 billion in FY 2024-25 to Rs 518.83 billion in FY 2025-26. Loan disbursements also increased 16 per cent from Rs 301.69 billion in FY 2024-25 to Rs 349.46 billion in FY 2025-26. Net non-performing assets improved from 1.35 per cent in FY 2024-25 to 1.29 per cent in FY 2025-26.

In September 2025, IREDA approved a Rs 11.34 billion loan for Insolation Energy’s wholly owned subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy, to support the development of a 4.5 GW solar cell manufacturing facility in Madhya Pradesh.
