INA Solar (Insolation Energy Limited) has announced its financial results for the financial year (FY) 2025–26, which ended on March 31, 2026. The company recorded a 59.34 per cent rise in net profit in FY 2025-26. According to the consolidated balance sheet, the company reported a turnover of Rs 21.63 billion compared to Rs 13.43 billion in the corresponding period of the previous financial year, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 61.02 per cent.
During the same period, the company’s profit before tax increased from Rs 1.53 billion to Rs 2.45 billion, marking a growth of 60.26 per cent over the previous year. Furthermore, the company also recorded an earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation of Rs 3.04 billion in FY 2025-26 as against Rs 1.72 billion in the previous year, FY 2024-25, registering a significant growth of 76.50 per cent. The company’s profit after tax rose from Rs 1.25 billion to Rs 2 billion, reflecting a growth of 59.34 per cent compared to the previous financial year. The earnings per share increased from Rs 5.93 to Rs 9.10, representing a year-on-year growth of 53.46 per cent.
Chairman Mr. Manish Gupta and Managing Director Mr. Vikas Jain stated that INA Solar has established itself as one of India’s fastest-growing solar brands. The company is currently operating with a module manufacturing capacity of 5.5 GW and continues to expand its production capabilities and nationwide network. They further shared that the company is setting up a new project in Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh, which will include 4.5 GW solar cell manufacturing capacity along with 18,000 MTA aluminium frame manufacturing capacity, further strengthening the company’s manufacturing capabilities.
Chairman Mr. Manish Gupta stated that INA Solar aims to make India self-reliant in the solar energy sector. By advancing the “Make in India” vision, the company continues to play an active role in the development of green energy in the country.
INA Solar currently manufactures advanced technology-based solar panels, including TOPCon, monofacial, and bifacial modules. The company’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities are equipped with advanced AI and robotics technologies, ensuring the highest levels of precision and quality in every panel.
