Saatvik Green Energy Limited has announced the financial results for the financial year (FY) 2025-26. The company’s revenue from operations stood at Rs 45.48 billion in FY 2025-26, registering a 111 per cent year-on-year (YoY) increase from Rs 21.58 billion reported in FY 2024-25. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) increased to Rs 5.81 billion, showing a 62 per cent YoY increase from Rs 3.59 billion in FY 2024-25. Profit after tax (PAT) reached Rs 3.57 billion, a 64 per cent YoY increase from Rs 2.17 billion in FY 2024-25. Moreover, earnings per share increased from Rs 19.40 in FY 2024-25 to Rs 29.83 in FY 2025-26.
Furthermore, in the fourth quarter (Q4) of FY 2025-26, the company reported revenue from operations of Rs 16.07 billion, reflecting a 75 per cent YoY rise over Q4 of FY 2024-25. Additionally, the company achieved an annual production of 3,162 MW during FY 2025-26, with an effective capacity utilisation of 84.07 per cent.
In April 2026, Saatvik Green Energy Limited received an order worth approximately Rs 1,087.5 million from a domestic independent power producer for the supply of solar modules.
