ReNew announces financial results for FY 2025-26

ReNew Energy Global Plc has announced the financial results for the financial year (FY) 2025-26. The company’s total revenue stood at Rs 150.63 billion in FY 2025-26,  increasing from Rs 109.07 billion in FY 2024-25. Adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) increased to Rs 98.5 billion in FY 2025-26 from Rs 79.18 billion in FY 2024-25, and the net profit increased to Rs 10.38 billion in FY 2025-26 from Rs 4.59 billion in FY 2024-25. Moreover, revenue from the sale of power increased from Rs 81.6 billion in FY 2024-25 to Rs 88.19 billion in FY 2025-26.

In the fourth quarter (Q4) of FY 2025-26, the company reported total income of Rs 39.54 billion. Additionally, adjusted EBITDA stood at Rs 23.66 billion in FY 2025-26, increasing from Rs 22.11 billion in Q4 of FY 2024-25. Net profit for Q4 FY 2025-26 stood at Rs 0.77 billion, while revenue from the sale of power decreased from Rs 18.4 billion  in Q4 FY 2024-25 to Rs 18.35 billion in Q4 FY 2025-26.

In April 2026, ReNew Energy Global Plc announced plans to establish a 6.5 GW solar ingot-wafer manufacturing facility in the Anakapalli district near Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The project involves an investment of Rs 42 billion and is expected to be commissioned within 24 months.
