HPCL announces financial results for FY 2025-26

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) has announced the results for the financial year (FY) 2025-26, ending March 31, 2026. The company’s revenue from operations stood at Rs 4,785.43 billion in FY 2025-26, registering a 2.62 per cent increase year-on-year (YoY) from Rs 4,663.46 billion reported in FY 2024-25. Consolidated profit after tax (PAT) increased from Rs 67.36 billion in FY 2024-25 to Rs 180.47 billion in FY 2025-26, indicating 167.92 per cent YoY increase. Standalone PAT increased approximately 133.20 per cent YoY, from Rs 73.65 billion in FY 2024-25 to Rs 171.75 billion in FY 2025-26. Furthermore, the board of directors declared the final dividend of Rs 19.25 per equity share, with a face value Rs 10 each, for FY 2025-26, subject to approval. 

Furthermore, in the fourth quarter (Q4) of FY 2025-26, revenue from operations was Rs 1,236.02 billion, indicating 4.45 per cent YoY increase from approximately Rs 1183.34 billion in Q4 FY 2024-25. Consolidated PAT increased 77.6 per cent from Rs 34.15 billion in Q4 FY 2024-25 to Rs 60.65 billion in Q4 2025-26. Whereas standalone PAT was Rs 49.02 billion, registering 46.1 per cent YoY increase from approximately Rs 33.55 billion reported in Q4 FY 2024-25. 

In January 2026, HPCL Renewable and Green Energy, a subsidiary of HPCL, floated an engineering, procurement, and construction tender for 24.2 MW of floating solar projects, including 9 MW and 14 MW projects in Nanacha and Pachpadra, Rajasthan, and a 1.2 MW project in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
