Bajel Projects bags transmission line order for Bellary-Davanagere RE evacuation

Bajel Projects Limited has secured an order for the Bellary-Davanagere transmission line Package TL01. The project involves the construction of an approximately 70 km 400 kV (Quad) double-circuit transmission line connecting the Bellary Substation and the Davanagere Substation.

Furthermore, the order forms part of a broader transmission system strengthening initiative aimed at integrating 250 MW of renewable energy at Davanagere and 2,750 MW at Bellary. The project will play a critical role in evacuating renewable power and facilitating its integration into the national grid.

Bajel Projects Limited operates in the power infrastructure sector with activities in power transmission and power distribution. The company was earlier part of Bajaj Electricals Limited under its EPC segment. It is part of the Bajaj group and works with state, national, international utilities, and private infrastructure companies.
