FH Capital has signed an agreement to acquire a 75.1 per cent stake in Jinko Solar (US) Industries Inc, a subsidiary of JinkoSolar. JinkoSolar will retain a 24.9 percent minority stake in the company. The agreement transfers the controlling ownership of JinkoSolar’s 2 GW solar module manufacturing facility in the US, including the battery energy storage systems (BESS) business to FH Capital subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
In April 2026, JinkoSolar signed an agreement with Casa dos Ventos to supply 413.9 MWp of Tiger Neo 3.0 solar modules for projects in Brazil. The Tiger Neo 3.0 series uses advanced N-type TOPCon technology, delivering higher efficiency, improved energy yield and long-term stability. The modules also help reduce the levelised cost of energy which is suitable for utility solar-scale projects.
In April 2026, JinkoSolar signed a 53 MW module supply agreement in Kazakhstan for Tiger Neo 3.0 high-efficiency modules. The agreement includes 23MW in the Shieli region and 30MW in the Zhanakorgan region.
