CleanMax has announced the results for the financial year (FY) 2025-26. The company reported revenue from operations of Rs 19.13 billion, which rose from Rs 14.96 billion in FY2024-25. This reflects a 28 per cent year-on-year (YoY) increase. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) also grew by 28 per cent from Rs 10.15 billion in FY 2024-25 to Rs 12.95 billion in FY 2025-26. Profit After Tax (PAT) increased to Rs 856 million in FY 2025-26 from Rs 194 million in FY 2024-25, marking a 4.4 times rise.
For the fourth quarter (Q4) of FY 2025-26, the company reported revenue from operations of Rs 5.57 billion, up from Rs 4.46 billion in Q4 FY 2025-26, registering a 25 per cent increase. EBITDA for the quarter stood at Rs 3.5 billion. Furthermore, PAT for Q4 FY 2025-26 rose to Rs 454 million from Rs 172 million in Q4 FY 2024-25, reflecting a 165 per cent increase.
Earlier this month, Tata Communications Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Tata Group, entered into a share purchase agreement with Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited and its wholly owned subsidiary Clean Max Yuhdul Private Limited (an SPV) to acquire a 26 per cent stake in the SPV.
