JSW Energy Limited has announced the results for the financial year (FY) 2025-26, ending March 31, 2026. The company’s consolidated revenue from operations stood at Rs 189.01 billion in FY 2025-26, registering a 20 per cent increase year-on-year (YoY) from Rs 117.45 billion reported in FY 2024-25. Profit after tax (PAT) increased approximately 39.30 per cent YoY, from Rs 19.82 billion in FY 2024-25 to Rs 27.62 billion in FY 2025-26.
In the renewable segments, the company’s revenue stood at Rs 56.2575 billion in FY 2025-26, registering a 57.19 per cent increase year-on-year (YoY) from Rs 35.789 billion reported in FY 2024-25. In the fourth quarter (Q4) of FY 2025-26, consolidated revenue was Rs 44.98 billion, a 41 per cent YoY increase from approximately Rs 31.89 billion in Q4 FY 2024-25.
Furthermore, in Q4 FY 2025-26, consolidated PAT was Rs 5.73 billion, a 38 per cent YoY increase from approximately Rs 4.14 billion PAT reported in Q4 FY 2024-25. In the renewable segment, the company reported Rs 11.41 billion as revenue from power supply, reflecting a 34.72 per cent YoY rise from Rs 8.41 billion reported in the Q4 of FY 2024-25.
In February 2026, JSW Neo Energy Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of JSW Energy Limited, completed the acquisition of Tidong Power Generation Private Limited from Statkraft IH Holding AS. The enterprise valuation is approximately Rs 17.28 billion.
