Waaree Energies signs PPA with SECI for 300 MW wind project in Gujarat

Waaree Forever Energies Four Private Limited, a wholly owned step-down subsidiary of Waaree Energies Limited, has signed a power purchase agreement (PPA) with Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) to develop a 300 MW wind power project in Dwarka, Gujarat. 

Earlier, in April 2026, Sangam Solar One Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Waaree Energies Limited, set up four solar module manufacturing lines in Gujarat with each line having an annual capacity of 750 MW, taking the total capacity to 3,000 MW per annum. 

In February 2026, Waaree Clean Energy Solutions Private Limited (Waaree), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Waaree Energies Limited, inked an electrolyser-as-a-service (EAAS) agreement with Zero Footprint Industries Limited. Under the terms of the agreement, Waaree will design, engineer, supply, install, commission, own, and operate a 2.5 MW alkaline electrolyser system, which will be manufactured at its Dungri plant in Gujarat.
