Pace Digitek Limited has secured contracts from Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) for a 250 MW/500 MWh battery energy storage system (BESS) project at Maithon, Jharkhand. The combined value of the contracts stands at Rs 7,020 million.
The scope of work includes design, engineering, manufacturing-linked supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and operation & maintenance (O&M) services. Additionally, it includes associated civil, structural, and evacuation infrastructure works. The execution timeline comprises 18 months for supply and engineering, procurement, and construction activities, along with 12 years of O&M services.
In February 2026, Pace Digitek Limited secured a win in Karnataka Renewable Energy Development Limited’s auction for the development of a 250 MW solar project integrated with a 250 MW/1,100 MWh BESS at Ryapte village in Tumkur district, Karnataka.
