Emmvee Photovoltaic announces financial results for FY 2025-26

Emmvee Photovoltaic Power Limited has announced the results for the financial year (FY) 2025-26, ending March 31, 2026. The company reported revenue from operations of Rs 50.5 billion, reflecting a 116 per cent year-on-year (YoY) increase compared to FY 2024-25. Additionally, earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) stood at Rs 17.344 billion, marking a 140 per cent YoY increase from FY 2024-25. Profit after tax (PAT) for FY 2025-26 was recorded at Rs 10.816 billion, a 193 per cent YoY growth from the previous year. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) margin rose to 34 per cent from 31 per cent reported in FY 2024-25, while PAT margin increased to 21 per cent from 16 per cent reported in FY 2024-25, supported by operational scale, efficiency gains, and a negative net debt position.

Furthermore, revenue from operations in Q4 FY 2025-26 stood at Rs 17.388 billion, showing a 62 per cent YoY increase and a 51 per cent increase from the third quarter (Q3) of FY 2025-26. EBITDA for the Q4 FY 2025-26 was Rs 5.711 billion, a 58 per cent YoY increase, and a 38 per cent increase from Q3 FY 2025-26. PAT reached Rs 3.924 billion, reflecting an 89 per cent  YoY increase and a 49 per cent rise from Q3 FY 2025-26. EBITDA margins for the quarter stood at 33 per cent, while PAT margin for the quarter stood at 23 per cent.   

Emmvee Photovoltaic Power Limited operates as an integrated manufacturer of solar modules and cells, with over 18 years of experience in module production. As of March 31, 2026, it had an installed capacity of 10.3 GW for solar modules and 2.94 GW for TOPCon solar cells.
