Qualitas Energy has secured 126 MW across three wind projects in February 2026 onshore wind auctions conducted by the German Federal Network Agency. The projects, located in Lower Saxony, North Rhine-Westphalia, and Baden-Württemberg, involve the development of 18 turbines. The projects will power around 84,000 households once they commence operations.
In April 2026, Qualitas Energy acquired a portfolio of nine operational solar plants in Poland with a total capacity of 376 MWp. The portfolio generates over 400 GWh annually, supplying electricity to approximately 210,000 households. The assets were purchased from a joint venture between Better Energy Holding A/S and Industriens Pension. The projects were developed and built by Better Energy and became operational between 2021 and 2024.
In April 2026, Heelstone Renewable Energy, a Qualitas Energy company, commenced construction on two solar projects totaling 206 MW in Georgia and Michigan. The 104 MW Alligator Creek project in Georgia and the 102 MW Murch project in Michigan are both slated for commercial operation by the end of 2026. EPC agreements have been executed with Pure Power Contractors for the Georgia site and Greensol Renewables for the Michigan facility.
