Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited has announced that it will supply renewable power from hybrid wind-solar projects to Shell India’s assets across Gujarat and Karnataka. The projects, with a combined installed capacity of nearly 30 MW, are being implemented under a group-captive structure, wherein both companies will co-invest in the development of the assets. Cumulatively, the projects are expected to generate approximately 66,832 MWh of renewable energy annually.
In Gujarat, CleanMax is developing a 16.83 MW hybrid project, comprising 6.93 MWp of solar capacity and 9.90 MW of wind capacity. The generated power from this project will be supplied to Shell’s liquefied natural gas terminal located at Hazira in Surat. In Karnataka, CleanMax is developing a 13.2 MW hybrid project, comprising 9.9 MWp of solar capacity at Jagalur and 3.3 MW of wind capacity at Honawad. The power from this project will be supplied to Shell’s Technology Centre in Bengaluru.
In April 2026, CleanMax signed an agreement to supply round-the-clock power to Sangam India Limited. Under the agreement, CleanMax will supply 30 MWp solar and 20 MW wind power, and 2 MWh battery storage capacity. Power will be supplied to five facilities of Sangam India Limited under an intra-state group captive structure, sourced from CleanMax’s Bhikamkor hybrid project.
