REDEN has signed a joint development agreement (JDA) with Circle Energy to develop battery storage energy system (BESS) projects in Spain. The partnership will deliver up to 200 MW of utility-scale battery energy storage capacity over the coming years. Both companies emphasise responsible development, prioritizing compliance, stakeholder engagement, and positive environmental and social impact.
In February 2026, REDEN entered into a joint development agreement with SHI Holding to develop up to 250 MW of BESS projects in Southern Italy. The systems will feature storage durations of up to eight hours, supporting grid stability. The agreement was supported by Montana SpA, Green Horse Legal and Financial, Elemens, and legal advisor DLA Piper.
In October 2025, Chanel and REDEN signed a 20-year power purchase agreement (PPA) for two solar plants in Charente-Maritime and Aude, supplying 30 per cent of Chanel’s France electricity needs from January 2026. The 10 MW portfolio (4.5 MW in Charente-Maritime and over 5 MW agrivoltaic in Aude) generates around 13 GWh annually. The plants are co-owned by Chanel (49 per cent) and REDEN (51 per cent), with REDEN handling construction and operations.
