Saatvik Green Energy has incorporated its wholly owned subsidiary, Saatvik Power Storage Solutions, in India. It intends to explore 20 GW of energy storage opportunities over five years. Furthermore, the subsidiary also aims to introduce battery and energy storage solutions for the utility-scale, commercial, industrial, retail, and residential segments.
The subsidiary has been incorporated with an authorised capital of Rs 1 million, divided into 100,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each. Saatvik Green Energy holds 100 per cent of the shareholding in the entity. Additionally, the battery and storage solutions provided by the company will cater to utility-scale, commercial and industrial, residential, and distributed renewable energy applications.
Earlier in February 2026, Saatvik Cleantech EPC Private Limited, a fully owned subsidiary of Saatvik Green Energy, inked a share purchase agreement to acquire a 49 per cent equity stake in Intelligent Hydel Solutions Private Limited.
