Premier Energies has acquired 104,550 equity shares of HeliosAnthos Energies, a joint venture between Premier Energies and BA Prerna Renewables, securing a 51 per cent stake in the company’s paid-up equity share capital. The shares were allotted to Premier Energies on a preferential basis through a private placement.
Furthermore, Premier Energies paid a total consideration of Rs 1,045,500 for the shares. Following the allotment, HeliosAnthos Energies has become a subsidiary of Premier Energies. BA Prerna Renewables will continue to hold the remaining 49 per cent stake in the company.
Earlier in January 2026, Premier Energies, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Premier Energies Photovoltaic, commissioned the 400 MW solar photovoltaic cell manufacturing facility.
