Greenzo Energy India Limited and Lord’s Mark Industries Limited have inked a MoU for the joint development of green hydrogen and renewable energy projects across Uttar Pradesh. Under the MoU, the two companies will develop around 60 MW of green hydrogen capacity. They will also set up integrated solar rooftop projects coupled with battery energy storage systems across key locations, including Gorakhpur, Aligarh, Jhansi, and Lucknow.
Furthermore, Greenzo Energy will look after the engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning of the projects. Meanwhile, Lord’s Mark Industries will act as the project developer and investor. It will oversee the project’s financing, regulatory approvals, development, and commercial structuring.
Additionally, this collaboration builds upon Lord’s Mark Industries’ earlier inked MoU with the Uttar Pradesh government for renewable energy development. The MoU involves an estimated investment of over Rs 20 billion.
Earlier in January 2025, Oswal Greenzo Energies, a joint venture between Oswal Energies Limited and Greenzo Energy India Limited, secured a contract for a 5 MW green hydrogen project at Deendayal Port in Kandla.
