RenewSys India Private Limited has introduced a sheet encapsulant named CONSERV AUGMENSHEET. The product is designed specifically for insulating and sealing busbar and junction box areas in solar modules. The product is based on advanced CONSERV encapsulant technology and is offered in ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA), polyolefin elastomer (POE), and EVA-POE-EVA (EPE) variants. The encapsulant is supplied in reel form and is compatible with automatic feed-in on fully automated module manufacturing lines.
The engineered formulation and precision manufacturing of the product reportedly help in significantly minimising bubble formation during lamination. Additionally, the sheet encapsulant provides improved electrical insulation, uniform flow and superior wet-out properties. Available in flexible widths ranging from 30 mm to 100 mm, the product enhances module reliability and supports long-term performance. It is compatible with all new-generation PV module manufacturing lines. This includes both glass-to-glass and glass-to-backsheet configurations.
