Roadgrid raises Rs 120 million in Pre-Series A round

Roadgrid has raised Rs 120 million in a pre-Series A funding from Inflection Point Ventures, with participation from several strategic and angel investors. The investor group included Venture Catalysts, FAAD Network, LetsVenture, Kamal Puri of Skyline Group, Vrinda Goyal of Pace Group, Haresh Patel of Arthanomics, and Maneesh Shrivastav of Alpha Value.

Furthermore, the company operates in two fast-growing segments. It manufactures and supplies electric vehicle (EV) chargers to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and also develops and operates public and commercial charging stations. RoadGrid’s business model combines charging as a service with direct sales to OEMs. The company is currently establishing and running charging stations in locations such as Indore, Noida, and IOCL sites. It also has a confirmed pipeline of over 1,000 chargers

RoadGrid is an Indian EV charging technology company that develops patented universal chargers, cloud-based intelligent software, and a nationwide charging network. The company aims to support the widespread adoption of seamless, sustainable, and accessible electric mobility across India.

Earlier in November 2025, ACS Energy, a Maharashtra-based EV charging platform, raised Rs 11 million in a pre-seed funding round led by Infection Point Ventures.
