Emmvee Energy, a subsidiary of Emmvee Photovoltaic Power Limited, has inked a supply agreement with a domestic buyer for the supply of TOPCon crystalline silicon solar photovoltaic (PV) cells. The supply agreement will be executed over a five-year period, from December 2025 to December 2030.
Furthermore, Emmvee Energy has also paid approximately Rs 2.11 billion to the Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Board. The funds will be used for land allotment for the proposed 6 GW integrated solar module and cell facility in Bengaluru.
Earlier in September 2025, Emmvee Photovoltaic Power Limited received approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India to move forward with its plan for an initial public offering.
