The joint venture company of Premier Energies, Premier-Green Aluminium, intends to raise Rs 600 million in phases. The funds will be used to establish an aluminium frame project to support its solar module manufacturing.
The company allotted 25,000 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each, amounting to Rs 250,000. The shares have been allotted to the company’s joint venture partner, Nuevosol Energy. After this issuance, Premier Energies will retain an 80 per cent stake in the joint venture. Nuevosol Energy will hold the remaining 20 per cent.
Earlier in April 2025, Premier Energies Limited entered into a strategic partnership with Germany-based RENA Technologies GmbH to focus on innovating processes for n-type solar cells and developing wet chemistry techniques for next-generation tandem solar cells.
