INOX Air Products (INOXAP) has inked an agreement to supply ultra-high purity (UHP) nitrogen to ReNew Photovoltaics’ new solar cell manufacturing facility at Dholera, Gujarat. As part of the agreement, INOXAP will set up a dedicated air separation unit (ASU) to support the plant’s cell-manufacturing processes.
The ASU is designed to meet stringent purity and consistency specifications. Furthermore, it is expected to be operational by the end of 2026.
Earlier this month, INOXAP inked a 20-year on-site gas supply agreement with Premier Energies on a build-own-operate basis to install and commission a cryogenic ASU.
Furthermore, in May 2025, INOXAP commissioned its first green hydrogen plant at Asahi India Glass Limited’s float glass facility in Soniyana, Chittorgarh, Rajasthan.
