Bondada Engineering Limited has inked a five-year framework agreement with Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) for the design and construction of solar projects. Under the agreement, Bondada Engineering has secured a 650 MW solar construction order from AGEL.
Furthermore, the project marks the first tranche of a broader collaboration between the two companies. Moreover, Bondada Engineering has been selected as the design and construction partner for AGEL’s upcoming 30 GW renewable energy park in Khavda, Kutch, Gujarat.
Earlier this month, AGEL announced plans to invest Rs 150 billion for the installation of two pumped storage projects in Assam.
Furthermore, in May 2025, Bondada Engineering received approval to develop a 2.6 GWp solar power project in Andhra Pradesh, which will be implemented across several locations in the Ananthapuramu and Sri Sathya Sai districts.
