Sunsure Energy to supply 19.36 MW of renewable power to DFPCL

Sunsure Energy has inked a long-term agreement with Deepak Fertilisers and Petrochemicals Corporation Limited (DFPCL) for the supply of 19.36 MW of hybrid renewable energy.  The hybrid energy supplied will be generated from Sunsure Energy’s solar plant in Dhule and wind plant in Jath in the state of Maharashtra. It will constitute 8.86 MW of solar power and 10.5 MW of wind power and will be delivered to DFPCL’s facility in Raigad, Maharashtra. Furthermore, the wind-solar hybrid project will supply around 55 million units of round-the-clock renewable energy to DFPCL annually.

Earlier in September 2025, Sunsure Energy commissioned an 82.5 MWp open-access solar plant in the Jhansi district of Uttar Pradesh.

Furthermore, in January 2025, Sunsure Energy obtained Rs 4.16 billion in long-term debt financing from Aseem Infrastructure Finance to develop a 150 MW open access solar park in Solapur, Maharashtra.
