ReNew Energy Global Plc (ReNew) has announced its unaudited financial results for the second quarter (Q2) of the financial year (FY) 2025-26, which ended September 30, 2025. The company reported a total revenue of approximately Rs 38.55 billion in Q2 FY 2025-26 compared to around Rs 29.88 billion in Q2 FY 2024-25. Furthermore, the company’s adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) stood at about Rs 26.24 billion in Q2 FY 2025-26 against Rs 24.20 billion in Q2 FY24-25.
Furthermore, the total revenue from the company’s solar module and cell manufacturing operations in Q2 FY 2025-26 stood at Rs 10.12 billion. The company reported a net profit of Rs 2.20 billion and an adjusted EBITDA of Rs 3.32 billion from external sales from solar module and cell manufacturing operations for Q2 FY 2025-26.
Earlier in November 2025, ReNew received $331 million from the Asian Development Bank to support the development of a clean energy project in Andhra Pradesh.
