NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL) and CtrlS Datacenters (CtrlS) have inked a MoU to jointly develop approximately 2 GW of renewable energy projects. The projects will deliver round-the-clock renewable energy power to the data centers of CtrlS spread across India for captive consumption.
Earlier in October 2025, NGEL inked MoU with Paradip Port Authority to develop and implement green hydrogen-based mobility projects in the Paradip Port area.
Furthermore, in September 2025, NGEL invited expressions of interest from Indian and global developers for setting up green hydrogen or green chemical projects at the national green hydrogen hub in Pudimadaka, Andhra Pradesh.
