Dharan Infra Solar Private Limited, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Dharan Infra-EPC Limited, has inked an agreement with Skymax Infrapower to build a 75 MW solar power plant in Maharashtra. The agreement is valued at approximately Rs 2.15 billion.
Furthermore, the agreement covers the design, engineering, procurement, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the solar project. The solar project will be developed across 9 locations in Maharashtra’s Nanded district and is anticipated to be completed during 2025-26 to 2026-27.
