Vikran Engineering Limited has secured a letter of award (LoA) for the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of a 100 MWac grid-connected solar power project in Maharashtra. The LoA has been secured from Ellume Energy MH SolarOne, and is valued at approximately Rs 3.54 billion.
According to the LoA, the scope of work for Vikran Engineering entails handling the project on a lump-sum turnkey basis. It also includes the design, engineering, procurement, construction, installation, testing, and commissioning of the solar project. Furthermore, the work on the project must be completed within 12 months of receiving the LoA.
